300m2 - 61,000 euros

** Potential buyers should note that they become sole owners of their plot and home. Your land is clearly defined and registered with the land register.

Your home -

Planning permission is sought for each home and they are placed on concrete foundations some 20 cm thick, this helps to ensure stability over time.

The price of your home will include all furnishings, fixtures and fittings, delivery and installation. It is only possible to factor in the need for a crane once you have chosen the plot you would like.

Typical options might include decking, steps, skirting, an exterior tap and plug point.

Annual charges - 

Park maintenance charge - This is 620 Euro per year, and is to be paid in four instalments.
