The park is open all year and spread across 275 hectares. There are approximately 500 + plots ranging in size from between 350m2 to 800m2. Each plot entitles the owner to a part ownership of the park (1 plot = 1 share) where a lodge or chalet can be situated.

Day to Day - There is a park manager, elected by the park's General Assembly (G.A.) who ensures that the G.A.'s decisions and the park rules are adhered to. Additionally, there is Park Secretary who looks after general administration, security and maintenance. Owners are encouraged to participate at the yearly General Assemblies.

The park is well located for Frejus, Sainte Maxime, Draguignan and Le Muy, close to the motorway and only 5 miles from Frejus and 50 miles from Nice airport.

The park's location offers the best of both worlds. A wonderful park in a natural setting and yet on the doorstep of a beautiful coastline with all that the Cote D'Azur has to offer!

A busy market, water sports centre with water skiing, a horse riding centre, numerous walks and of course the beaches at Sainte Maxime and Saint Raphael are all close by.

Two hours to the North are the famous Verdon Gorges famous for the views, the innumerable walks and watersports on offer.
