Hello to all new and regular visitors, not forgetting recent buyers!
Further to your requests for mobile homes on the Cote d'Azur I am pleased to report back the following:
GOOD NEWS!
We now have 2 campsites where customers can have a mobile home on the Cote d'Azur! Additionally we also have 2 open all year round parks where you can buy the plot of land outright!

USEFUL INFO
Campsites - there are fewer campsites now accepting new or second hand mobile homes on the Cote d'Azur and many that do are turning more and more towards the rental market.
The rental market is very strong on the Cote d'Azur, and even tired looking mobile homes on very basic plots can now fetch £1500 + for a week during peak season.
We found that in many cases you are paying for the location and of course the sun but not the quality of the home you are renting!!
Residential Leisure Parks
Have you thought of buying a plot outright? With annual rents often very high why not consider buying your own plot on the Cote d'Azur? It could pay for itself over
We have two possibilities. One 20 minutes from the coast and the other only 5 minutes from the coast where you are able to buy a plot outright and become a part owner in the park and have a say in how it's run. The plot becomes your own, and everything is done properly via a solicitor.
Small plots
An ideal base on the 'Cote', only 5 mins to the sea -
